After over twenty years working for a General Contractor in the affordable housing industry, subcontractors in the office and field, and consulting for Developers, I saw a need for collaborative support services to help ease paperwork burden. 

I formed NorRanch Consulting, Inc. to assist Owners, Developers, Construction Managers and Subcontractors with the daunting task of keeping up with project administrative services.
